What personal information Land by Drone collects, why, and what your rights are. We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and carry out your survey, and we never sell your data.

We only share your information where it’s needed to provide our service:
Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the legal safeguards UK law requires, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contract clauses.
We store information on secure, password-protected systems with two-factor authentication where available, and limit access to the people who need it.
Our surveys are aimed at the client’s property. Occasionally images may incidentally capture neighbouring property or people. We don’t use imagery to identify individuals. Where people or neighbouring property appear in images, we crop or blur them before any images are used outside the client report.
We only use survey images on our website or social media with the client’s permission, and with addresses and identifying details removed.
Our website uses cookies, small files stored on your device. Some are essential for the site to work, including one that remembers your cookie choice. Others, set through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, help us understand how visitors use the site. Non-essential cookies are only set if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time through cookie settings or your browser settings.
